The Colonial Newspapers and Magazines Project (CNMP) builds AustLit’s coverage of Australian colonial literature and the literary experiences and literary habits of Australian colonial readers and audiences.
This dataset offers a unique way of exploring Australian literature and readership. In this exhibition, we invite you to begin that exploration by looking at the many different ways in which this topic was broached in a single newspaper in a single year.
