BiographyHistory

Aboriginal Artist, Kevin Wirri grew up in Haasts Bluff, Northern Territory. After marrying in 1974, with his wife he moved to Alice Springs, where he worked for Tangentyere Council. In 1995 Wirri was elected as Tangentyere Executive, and is a member of a group of traditional law men who make rules for Aboriginal people in the Central Australian region.
