Film Studies provides an introduction to the analysis of narrative films. The course explores a range of aspects of film, including origins, techniques, industry, genre, narrative, and audience. The course examines examples from various film industries, including Australia, America (Hollywood) and other international cinemas, from the 1920s to the 1990s.
