BiographyHistory

Born in the Philippines, Cesar Leyco Aguila established his career there as a journalist and author of short stories and poems. In the 1980s he migrated to Australia, where he joined SBS, first as a sub-editor and later becoming an associate producer of the evening news program and then radio Chief of Staff. While at SBS, Aguila began work on a novel, published in 2004 as Between Two Worlds. He is also the author of a collection of short stories, published in 2011 by University of Santo Tomas Publishing House in the Philippines.
