BiographyHistory

Musician, actor, and author. Lo Carmen published her autobiography in 2022.

As well as her music, Lo Carmen also worked as an actor, mostly notably as Freya Olson in The Year My Voice Broke, but also in Blue Murder and Tom White.

She is the daughter of musician Peter Head.
