BiographyHistory

Associate Professor Maree Toombs is a well recognised health professional with around 20 years experience in Indigenous health and education. As Associate Dean (Indigenous Engagement) in the Faculty of Medicine and The University of Queensland, Maree created a podcast called 'UQ Yarns' to highlight the work being done to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
