AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'The Campbell family comes together once again for dinner, never expecting their secrets to finally be exposed. A surprise pregnancy, a shock coming out, and a dark sexual revelation leaves this patchwork family unit reeling.

'An exploration of sexuality and diverse family dynamics, Sunday’s Roast is an hilarious comedic-drama that is sure to have audiences groaning in recognition as the Campbell’s [sic] stumble through the awkward dinner, and genuinely moved as they rediscover the common ground they stand upon.

'Sunday’s Roast is queer writer and comedian, Tim P. Driver’s, debut full-length play, employing his unique brand of brash, awkward and ultimately hopeful comedy to connect, challenge and encourage audiences as they grapple with the Campbells.'
