  • Mr. Andrew Carnegie's generosity has attracted attention at Randwick, and at the last meeting of the local council the following motion was carried: — "That the clerk write to Mr. Carnegie, requesting a donation of books to form a public library for theborough of Ramdwick." — News Item.
