Nicole Bond is ABC Western Queensland's Regional Content Manager (RCM).

Nicole began her career as a sports journalist with Foxsports based in Sydney and moved to the ABC's Sydney newsroom shortly after. Since then she's been a journalist in the ABC's Brisbane, Toowoomba and Bundaberg newsrooms.

Nicole has completed post graduate studies at the University of Technology in Sydney in journalism.

Before becoming a reporter she worked as a tour guide on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, a tutor at a private school in England, dabbled in public relations with the Wallabies, the Queensland Reds and the Bath Rugby Club in the United Kingdom.

She completed a bachelor degree focused on sports management at Griffith University and has undertaken a posting with the Australian Sports Commission in Papua New Guinea.

Working as a sports development officer based in Port Moresby, she traved to most provinces while working in settlements, prisons, villages, towns and schools.
