A localisation of the Rapunzel story, set in Canberra, which pitted Rapunzel against a shady town administrator and a prince who didn't see the beauty of Canberra.

Production Details

  • A 'pop-up' performance, Rapunzel was performed outside the National Library of Australia on 11 February 2015.

    Director: Sonja Barfoed.

    Cast: Nicolette Suttor (Rapunzel), Emily Witt (narrator), Michelle Bond (foolish young witch), Joshua Bell (town administrator), Matthew Stuckings (Prince Charming on his hobby horse), Danelle Edmondson (Mr Plod), Beth Mansfield (boy bunny) and Sonja Barfoed (bunny).
