What I've done

• Spent most week playing with the thesaurus and mapping files. The load of information we've received is now complete (including "enrichment" terms), but the process of checking and converting our current subjects will take a lot more work. I've done some reports to help with this task, but I expect to spend at least the next week refining these, working with Tessa to assist the migration, implementing a user interface to maintain the thesaurus and discussing browse, search and display strategies with everyone!

• Only a few more reports and one-off updates to assist the cleanup effort.

• The "austlit.edu.au" is now operational (thanks to Geoff Colin of ADFA ITSC)

• Thesaurus conversion and user interface.

• To Do list. Work through the (mostly) minor issues on the to-do list provided by Annette/Kerry/Marie-Louise.

• First known dates.

• Simple, guided, advanced search screen design.
