Notes
-
Authors to this anthology remain generally anonymous. The story 'Counterpoint' was written by John Jenkins under the pseudonym Jan Zavaskar (email from author February 2005 and documentation held by Special Collections, University College Library, Australian Defence Force Academy).
-
Despite the appearance of the words 'anthology of writings' in the title and 'compiled by Jon Rose ; edited by Rainer Linz' on the title page, this is a satirical account of a fictitious composer.
