'Author Neridah McMullin has captured many of the club's past heroes in a story following Charlie, 8, who finds out how the club formed and learns lessons about what it means to be a Collingwood supporter.
Set in 1916, it's World War I and in rainy and muddy conditions, Charlie accompanies his Dad to his first ever football match where he soon realizes what it feels like to 'belong' and from there on Collingwood is in his heart forever.' (Source : Collingwood Football Club website)
