Giovanni Andreoni was awarded a Laurea di Dottore in Scienze Politiche from the University of Pisa. In 1962-1963 he first taught Italian and French at Christ Church Grammar School, Claremont, Tasmania. In 1964, he began teaching at the University of Western Australia and from 1968-1973 he was Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor in charge of Italian at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. After some years, he became Head of the Division of Italian at the University of New England. In 1990....
