BiographyHistory

Lennard Walker a Senior Spinifex Elder, and artist who contributed his paintings to The Spinifex Arts Project, which was established in 1997 as part of the Native Title Documentation Process.

He related his experiences at the Wartburton mission, on Elder Creek, Western Australia to anthropologist Scott Cane. (Source: Spinifex Artists on website www.artgallery.wa.gov.au)
