BiographyHistory

Respected educator Carl Morris gave nearly half a century of distinguished service to schools in Tasmania, for which in 1954 he was awarded an OBE. His final appointment was as headmaster of Launceston High School (later Launceston College), a position he held for 14 years. Husannd of Agnes M. Morris and grandfather of Mary Blackwood (qq.v.)
