A truncated and unformatted biographical extract follows: Roger Osborne grew up on a small dairy farm at Bunjurgen, Queensland, and completed primary and high school at Boonah. From 1984 until 1989 he worked as a bank officer and as a purchasing manager for a large hotel. In 1990 he travelled to the United States of America where he worked for several summers at a camp for homeless children in New York State. In 1993 he began a teaching degree at the University of New Orleans, but subsequently pursued a degree in English literature, graduating in 1996 ....To gain full access to the AustLit database become a subscriber. |
