The section, 'Some High Personages - at Low Terms', comprises brief biographical notes with accompanying Low caricatures that depict Bernard O'Dowd, Roderick Quinn, Arthur H. Adams, C. J. Dennis, A. G. Stephens, Randolph Bedford, William Macleod, David Low and James Edmond.
