Dorothy Kopsen's family was originally an old Kentish one and came from Newington, near the village of Fordwich in the United Kingdom. During the war years, Dorothy Kopsen worked in a factory, from where she drew inspiration for her understanding of human nature that is characteristic of her novels. She travelled widely and spent much time in the United Kingdom.....
