  • The inaugural Gucci Award was presented at the 63rd Venice Film Festival in 2006. 'The award is the result of collaboration between the Biennale, the Festival and the Gucci Group, and will be given to an artist from another sector of the arts who has made a name in cinema over the last 18 months. '
