  • First performed by the Twelfth Night Theatre Company at the Gowire Hall, Brisbane, 25-29 August 1958. Performed at the Pocket Playhouse, Sydenham, 1958. Also performed at the Edinburgh Festival and at the Mermaid Theatre, London and in Oxford in 1964. Produced by the Griffin Theatre Company, Sydney, April 1983 and by Playbox Theatre Company, Melbourne, 1984
