Twelve-year-old Kip Kirby is Earth's youngest ever Space Scout. When he's not playing Particleball or riding his rocketboard, he's on scouting missions. He and his half-wolf, half-human co-pilot, Finbar, travel the universe in the MoNa 4000, their spaceship whose personality is stuck on the 'Grumpy Babysitter' setting.
