Notes

  • Author's/editor's note: On the trail of beauty with the daily press. (appears under title)
  • Editor's note: Engaging in the pursuit a little late, 'The Home' finds itself somewhat at a loss. Backs, ankles, shingles - the most ravishing of these have already been located. So much has been determined concerning loveliness in the ensemble and in bits! Quite new directions, therefore, will be taken by this journal in its inquiries, one or another of which surely should prove of interest to the reader. For, on account of its thriftier methods, 'The Home' is in a position to announce, not just a single contest, but a batch.
