  • Editor's note: Because of the well-organised political activity at Wallaga Lake under the leadership of Guboo Ted Thomas, the Select Committee of the NSW Legislative Assembly decided to conduct its first public hearings there. Percy was one of the first to give evidence, on 7 February 1979.
