Between the late 1970s and the early 1990s Richard Tipping made videorecordings of interviews with Australian writers, including expatriate writers. This compilation contains articles, extracts, transcriptions of his interviews Roland Robinson; David Malouf; Les A. Murray; Peter Porter and Randolph Stow. The volume also includes other items relating to the following Australian writers: Sumner Locke Elliott, Jack Lindsay, Harold Stewart and A. D. Hope (qq.v.). Most are photocopies of Tipping's published interviews but there is some original material.
