A brief report on John Marsden's purchase of the historic Tye Estate, Wahpeton at Kerrie, Victoria. The property had previously been bequeathed to the Royal Victoria Institute for the Blind and the Victorian Deaf and Dumb Institute by Alan and Cecilia Tye in the late 1940s.
