An edited transcript of a celebration to honour the literary career of Margaret Scott. The celebration, hosted by Tim Cox and with spoken and written contributions by many writers and friends, was held in the Peacock Theatre, Salamanca Arts Centre, Hobart on 31 August 2002 at 2.00pm.
The event was recorded, both photographically and via ABC radio, to be lodged in the Archives Office of Tasmania. -
Includes reference to the substantial influence of Margaret Scott on a number of Tasmanian writers. Also includes poems that are indexed separately.
