AbstractHistoryArchive Description
'Collecting rubbish along the beach is Timothy Taylor's favorite pastime. The beach is his territory, his home. Timothy has a handful of belongings and he scavenges the beach for treasure and to keep it clean. But not everyone likes a scavenger and a push to move Timothy off the beach presents new troubles for the community. Only the efforts of a child can make the people of the town see the value of Timothy, and also what will happen should Timothy be gone forever' (Source: Google Books).
