'Deep inside the Sir Bonzo Scruff Home for Lost Dogs, a lonely mutt craves to be adopted into a real home like all the cuter dogs. An unlikely godfather called 'Fred the Head' finally picks him out and he thinks he's got it made. But life on the outside isn't what he expected - Fred the Head leads a life of (unsuccessful) crime and gets our doggy hero into a series of hilarious misadventures. They inevitably get caught and put back inside (the nick and the dogs' home) for a short stretch, but soon a VERY peculiar looking woman (Fred the Head in drag) comes to claim the chastened dog and the two vow to go straight for evermore.'
