BiographyHistory

Thymios A. Charalampopoulos was born in Karyes Messinias in 1947. He arrived in Australia in 1968 and has lived in Melbourne. He has published poetry and short stories in Greece and in the Greek-Australian newspapers and periodicals. His poetry has been translated into Serbian, Turkish and Arabic. He has served the Association of Greek Writers of Australia as Vice President and has received various literary awards.
