BiographyHistory

In the early 1970s Patricia Laird and her husband Kenneth founded the Saturday club, a poetry group which met on Saturdays at the Lairds' unit at Neutral Bay. A musician and a teacher of speech and drama as well as a poet, Patricia Laird edited and typeset much of the work published by the club as the Saturday Centre.
