BiographyHistory

Giannes Katsaras left Alexandria in 1955 after completing secondary school and studied at a trade school in Thessaloniki. He returned to Alexandria in 1957 and studied there until 1959. He emigrated to Australia and after three years settled permanently in Melbourne in 1968. In addition to his editorial work, he has published poetry and articles in literary periodicals.
