O'Neil is a Melbourne based comedian and writer who has done stand-up comedy and the breakfast show on 3RRR FM. He has written for many television shows including Miscallef, Eric Jimeoin, Full Frontal and House Gang. He also performed in a film called The Nugget (2002).

Raised by Frank 2002 single work picture book children's Frank was a busy cat. After all, he had two kids to raise. You see, Rory and Ruby's parents were on an overseas trip and Aunt Beryl had had an unfortunate accident. So it all fell on Frank's shoulders. The neighbours were a bit suspicious but the welfare man they sent around was quite impressed! Ages 6-8. (Libraries Australia record).
