BiographyHistory

George Ivanoff holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours), majoring in History, from the University of Melbourne. His Master of Arts in Australian Studies is from Monash University and concentrated on Victorian cinema landscapes. Ivanoff has also formally studied screenwriting at RMIT and is also a graduate of the National Theatre Drama School.

Ivanoff acts, writes and edits. His literary genres include long and short fiction and non-fiction, mainly for children. In addition to the works listed in AustLit, he has also written a range of children's readers (both fiction and non-fiction) for Thomson Learning and other educational publishers.
