BiographyHistory

Adrian Rogers trained as a music teacher in Ireland, and has taught throughout the United Kingdom, and in Australia and Papua New Guinea. Rogers became an Australian citizen in 1989 and has lived in South Australia. He began writing in 1989 and has since had his stories and poetry published in a variety of magazines (including Centoria, SideWalk and Tamba) and in anthologies such as Beyond the Shimmering, The Colonial Athens and Moving Out, Moving On. He has had five short stories read on Radio 5UV in Adelaide. He was guest poet at the CJ Dennis Festival at Auburn, SA in 1999, and at the Adelaide Hills Festival of a Thousand Voices, in January 2000.

Rogers has also published a book of poetry as an e-book, Over the Wave Break (2005).
