BiographyHistory

Moresby was a violinist and violist who played under Australia's leading conductors and international conductors. She wrote New Guinea : The Sentinel (1943), a history of New Guinea in the context of World War II and Australia's military campaign; For David : Letters to a Prisoner-of-War (1944); Australia Makes Music (1948), the story of music in Australia and Rosebud : Flower of the Peninsular (1954?), a local history.
