BiographyHistory

Jean (Saxelby) Stone (1911- ) founded the Stone Copying Company at home at 64 Young Street, Cremorne in Sydney, and printed a number of books on a Gestetner duplicator. These books were 'issued, sometimes illustrated and ... bound with printed title pages by the Wentworth Press'. She was assisted for some years by Margaret (Sampson) Stone who subsequently worked at Wentworth Press. (The Passionate Bibliophile, 308).
