BiographyHistory

Reporter with, variously, the Australian Financial Review, the Times on Sunday,  The Australian, and the Inquirer.

The son of an Australian mother and Canadian father, Higgins was raised in Texas and Quebec before moving with his parents to Australia. In 2019, he published the non-fiction The Hunt for MH370: The Mystery, the Cover-up, the Truth.
