BiographyHistory

Hugh Edwards is a diver and a full-time writer. He was a journalist with the West Australian from 1953 to 1968 and has written many books about shipwrecks, sharks and Western Australian local history, including Gods and Little Fishes (1962) and Port of Pearls: A History of Broome (1983).
