BiographyHistory

Susan Stanford is a Melbourne poet who spent 15 years in Japan. She is interested in Japanese genre forms and experimental art. She is a language teacher and part-time writer. She is also a PhD candidate in Translation Studies (looking at twentieth century women's haiku from Japanese) at Monash University (2008).
