BiographyHistory

J. Alex Allan worked for the State and Commonwealth governments before becoming a journalist. He served overseas for two years in the Second World War.

Allan published the one-page tribute in verse L V Biggs: In Memory (1944) and edited the Victorian Historical Magazine.
