Australian Colonial Narrative Journalism:
Frederick Sydney Wilson's journalism appeared in the Illustrated Sydney News, The Empire and the Illawarra Mercury. He also wrote regular sketches about people and places of Sydney for The Australian Journal, which later became The Colonial Monthly. Wilson’s series appeared under the title “Loose Leaves From An Australian’s Portfolio”.
