Eva Windisch is the publishing editor of Phoebe Publishing. Born in Germany, she migrated with her parents to Australia in 1956. She lives and works in Mt Evelyn in Victoria, Australia. Eva also teaches Short Story Writing at Swinburne University (TAFE), and conducts workshops in short story writing and poetry at various places throughout the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
