BiographyHistory

Wilfred Grove was born in London and educated at council schools. He arrived in Fremantle in 1928 and until World War II he worked on a friend's farm at Morawa. Joining up in early 1941, he served in the Middle East and New Guinea as a stretcher-bearer.
