BiographyHistory

A co-founder of The Shift Theatre with Helen Hopkins, Carolyn Bock graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts. Her career since has encompassed dance, theatre, television and film. In theatre she has worked with the Melbourne Theatre Company, Playbox, La Mama and numerous independent productions. Her film credits include Vanished and SDEnsitive New Age Killers (SNAK) and Zone 39. Bock also works with children and youth devising dance-theatre experiences and is a member of the Rollercoaster ensemble. Her first foray into writing for the stage was The Girls in Grey (co-written with Helen Hopkins).
