BiographyHistory

Along with Bennelong,Yemmerrawanne accompanied Governor Arthur Phillip to England, arriving in May 1793. Yemmerrawanne died in England in Eltham, Kent. The Eltham Parish burial register records: 'May 21. Yemmorravonyea Kebarrah, a Native of New South Wales, died May 18 1794, supposed to be aged 19 years...'.
