BiographyHistory

Wupuri Marrpawarna worked as a horse breaker on stations in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. His skills with horses and motor vehicles were admired by other Aboriginal people in the area. He is the subject of several Ngarla language songs because of these extraordinary abilities.
