BiographyHistory

Jonathon Oxlade is a highly successful film and theatre designer, who has won multiple awards for production design, costume design, and more. He is also a children's book illustrator - the picture book The Empty City was nominated for a CBCA Crichton Award for New Illustrators in 2008.

For the film Girl Asleep, Joanthan received a APDG award for Best Production Design and Best Costume Design, as well an an ACCTA nomination for Best Production Design in 2016.

In 2016, Jonathan received a Sidney Myer Creative Fellowship.
