IFB TGO'N: Unfortunately, the NCAS worksheet is missing. I suspect he is the son of the late Oscar Oeser who was for many years professor of Psychology at Melb Uni, but I can't verify this. Francis was living in London in the 1980s.

BiographyHistory

Francis Oeser grew up and was educated in Australia. He joined the editorial advisory panel of Overland and later worked in Sydney as an architect/planner before moving overseas where he has lived in Greece and the United Kingdom. Oeser has had Scottish, Greek and Japanese influences on his work (including a libretto and poems written to the work of a Scottish composer). He started Sincarf Press in 1983. Son of O. A. Oeser (q.v.)
