Author, publisher, editor and designer Delia Strange has been involved in various aspects of the printing and publishing industries for over two decades. She initially started out as an office clerk with Brisbane printing company Watson Ferguson and Co and later worked as a Publishing Assistant at Boolarong Press.
After leaving Boolarong Press, Strange secured a position with a magazine publishing business where she learned about the graphics side traditional and web design.
As a writer Strange has published both short stories and novels. She prefers science fantasy or paranormal fantasy, with a particular interest in dystopian stories, but has also written horror. Her early works were published in her own right but since 2014 has collaborated with childhood friend Linda Conlon on the Wanderer of Worlds series. In 2016 she established 1231 Publishing. It also operates as a typesetting and cover design service.
